Certificates and bonds are a very important part of your risk management program.
We recognize the importance of working on your schedule, not ours, and provide you with the ability to request a certificate or bond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Your requests will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation within 24 business hours.
Certificates of Insurance
To make certain your requests are correctly and promptly processed, here are a few simple steps
1. Be sure to send us your request at least 2 hours prior to your deadline
2. Make certain we always have either an email address or fax number for the Certificate Holder as well as a contact name.
3. Provide all special wording or requested endorsements. If you have any question about the requirements, please email click here to go to the contact lists) or fax us (410-377-0003) a copy of the applicable contracts and we will review them for you.
4. Please remember that we cannot change, alter, amend or add coverage to your policy simply by issuing a certificate of insurance. Doing so would be a serious violation of insurance laws. If you need to make a change to your policy, please click here.
Bid, Performance and Contract Bonds
Unlike insurance, bonding is more similar to a financial guarantee, a bank loan if you will, than it is to getting protection for a business. The process is more time consuming than most other insurance products. Please review "Getting You Bonded," below for information on the process.
