Don is the third president of Goldsborough Insurance Services (the trading name for L.E. Goldsborough and Son., Inc.). After working for a number of years with Leslie E. Goldsborough, Jr. , son of the founder, Don purchased the agency and has guided its growth since 1994.

The agency was founded in 1947 at an office on Maryland Avenue in downtown Baltimore by Leslie Eaton Goldsborough, Sr. on the philosophy that insurance products and service had not adequately evolved to support the economic boom that hit Baltimore in the late 40’s.

Today, Goldsborough Insurance continues our founder’s timeless philosophy that innovation and technology go a long way to efficiently serve the client, but only a high level of personal service, understanding an individual’s unique needs, will give us the insight needed to properly counsel them on how to protect what matters most, their family, their business and their way of life.

Steven Cohen

Business & Commercial Account Manager

Steven is Goldsborough's Business & Commercial Account Manager and joined our team in 2021. Steven brings over 17 years of personal and commercial insurance experience with many of the carriers that we represent.

Steven enjoys playing and watching football and basketball, spending time with his family, and the occasional camping trip where he showcases his Eagle Scout skills. At work, we enjoy his frequent references to movie and television lines that liven up the office.

Tyler is a Licensed Insurance Agent and joined the Goldsborough team in 2021.

Kathy M. Turner

CSR

Kathy is the Commercial Service Representative for the Goldsborough Team and has been with us for more than 15 years. During that time she obtained her Insurance License and the Certified Insurance Service Representative designation (CISR). She is the first stop in the office for certificates of insurance, verifying and correcting client policies, and other commercial and business needs that may arise.

This is Kathy’s second career insurance position. Prior to joining Goldsborough, Kathy worked 12 years at Ohio Casualty (now part of Liberty Mutual Insurance).

Kathy lives in Dundalk, Maryland. Her son Adam works for a well known local plumber and her other son, Elmer, is currently studying Electrical Engineering at Drexel University. Her daughter, Lindsey, is in high school. Kathy spends her free time helping her local Boy and Girl Scout troops, teaching Sunday School and enjoying her handsome grandson.

Linda MacWilliams

Marketing & Client Relationship Manager

Linda is Goldsborough’s Director of Marketing and joined the team in January 2012. She oversees the Goldsborough loyalty programs, social media efforts, bi-monthly newsletter and any and all projects as needed. Linda’s background in marketing, not insurance, helps her relate the business of insurance to our clients on a more personal level.
